Key responsibilities
• Define and set-up operational dashboarding, management tools on program level to assure operational readiness and program management across all the releases and development teams.
• Define/follow up on KPI that measure business value creation of the project deliverables
• Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress by combining detailed delivery & status information and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Create reports & dashboards for senior management & SteerCo’s
• Work closely with Program Manager and Project Support Office to keep control over
budgets, project policies, and project gating
• Review program/project documentation from creation to implementation
• Analyze financial data and assess budgetary risk for each project and the entire program
• Manage E2E governance meeting: Product capabilities, product migration status & Roadmap updates & alignment with BALS
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team lead and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion;
• Liaise with client and IT Teams on an ongoing basis;
• Diagnoses and evaluates potential risks and issues throughout the program and
executes appropriate plans to mitigate them. Reports regularly to the Team Lead and Stakeholders with regard to risks,
• Be a key member of the CES/PPSE organisation

Requirements
• 10 + years relevant experience with project management
• Strong affinity with IT and its complexity
• Experience within public sector will be considered an asset
• Experience with e-commerce solutions will be considered an asset
• Experience within the public transport domain will be considered an asset

• Demonstrated “can do” work ethic coupled with effective time management and
ability to overcome ambiguously or under-defined problems
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodology and SAFe (Essentials) are considered an
asset
• PM2 and/or PMBOK knowledge are preferred. Prince2, qualifications are an asset;
ITIL Certification. A Project Methodology Certification is a MUST.
• Knowledge of Agile Project Management is considered an asset.
• Can facilitate Steerco, project update meetings and guide resources.
• Possesses the ability to communicate, present and produce documentation on various levels for differing audiences
• Proficient in English, working level notions of Dutch and/or French
• Work experience with JIRA platform

Other
• Must have legal authorisation to work in Belgium.
• Able to work in hybrid work regime: remotely and on site (minimum 2 days/week)
